Pink Scarf.

It's December tomorrow, folks! Oh my gosh! I can't believe it's already the end of the year.  I love this season, Christmas is my favorite holiday and I love getting to see everyone I love.

 I wore this last week at work when I had to give a presentation. I love the pop of color the scarf gives without it being too loud.

My favorite color.

My favorite color has been purple for as long as I can remember.  Probably because purple is the color of royalty and I've always thought I have been destined to marry Prince Harry. Haha, not happening.  Naturally, I loved this dress when I got it for Christmas last year.

I love wearing dresses and skirts to work, so as the seasons change I've been having to get more creative with the types of things I wear so I stay warm.  Basically, tights with everything. It also makes for a nice wardrobe change because it takes no time at all to throw on a dress. Woo!

I love jean days at work! We have to wear a nice top when we wear jeans though, which is GREAT for me because I'm not a big t shirt fan anyway.

Ruffles and Pink.

I'm having a hard time believing how nice it has been in Colorado the past few days!  I didn't even need a jacket when I was outside this morning.  Tomorrow is supposed to be the first real snow of the season, so hopefully I can bust out some proper boots and big jackets in the next week or so.  

As per usual, I'm wearing my riding boots.  This will become a regular Fall/Winter thing, so prepare yourselves. :)

I think I've finally been hit with the mid-Fall blues.  That feeling you get when all the leaves have fallen off the trees and you're just waiting for the holiday season to roll around.  I am a huge Christmas and Thanksgiving fan, so I'm hoping those holidays boost my blues sometime soon!  The lights have already gone up in Old Town, so it can't be long now. :)

It's going to be a long week. Blah. The positive from today? Cute clothes!

I AM OBSESSED WITH THIS. I bought this a few weeks ago when I was home and let me tell you, it has revolutionized my morning routine. Quick, easy, and makes a huge difference. I would highly suggest starting to use a brow pencil/powder if you haven't yet. Wondrous. 

Mint in the cold

I love my mint pants that I own, but I always have a problem pairing them with stuff in the Fall.  I feel like they scream "It's Spring!" instead of "It's Snowing!"  The other day I saw a super cute picture on Pinterest that inspired me to try them out in the colder months.

The time has come, friends.  I always dread my first official day in tights because it means I'm officially letting the cold win and retiring bare legs until the spring.  It's November 13th, so I guess I have to...

I also got a new pair of Clarks (Thanks Mom!), woohoo!  They are black booties with a slight heel, I think they will come in handy as the weather gets chillier.

I got to pop into Zara when I was in Vegas. I had been looking for a navy blazer for months and could never find the right one. This one is perfect. I'm in love. Are you tired of seeing these shoes yet? I am fairly certain I wear these with everything I own.

Las Vegas Visit!

I've been back home for work for the past few days, it's been so nice getting to work back in a place with so many wonderful memories.  And I got to see my Mom! It was awesome shopping with her and enjoying the weekend stress-free.
